Advise to use gel or lotion without viscosity substance because it will not block up the follicles. Scrub or AHA acid will not work because the exfoliating agent cannot deep into follicles.

Increase the creation of skin cells: Dermatologist may use Tretinoin, Differin and Azelaic acid substance which help to skin cells to grow up until it can change the shape of follicles to secret oil easily.

Accutane is high vitamin A and is used for severe acne. It also help skin smooth and firm.
